CurrClick, The Rainbow Resource Center, and Unit Study Homeschooling

CurrClick is where I sell my unit studies, more than at my own website (needs some updating). I also ordered some of my homeschool curriculum (especially notebook or lapbook items, which are great to use with unit studies!) from the site when I was still homeschooling. I have found that their prices are excellent and they even give away a downloadable freebie every week! How awesome is that?! Soon my Monet Unit Study will be offered as the freebie of the week on their site. So keep a look out!

I also used to order a lot of my curriculum from The Rainbow Resource Center. They too have excellent prices and have just about everything that you can think of to use for homeschooling! I ordered the majority of my curriculum from this company, especially the three Rs. I would also order items that could be used with my own unit studies as well.

I found that these 2 resources for homeschool curriculum were the best bang for my buck! They both have excellent service as well and I found the shipping costs to be very reasonable. If you order over $150 worth of items at the Rainbow Resource Center, shipping is free!

And of course, I wrote a lot of my own curriculum as well in the form of unit studies, which I found to be an excellent and enjoyable way to homeschool my children. I have very creative and artistic children so I needed a creative and interesting way to educate them, keeping their attention. My son with Aspergers Syndrome really enjoyed learning about topics that were of particular interest to him and unit study was a great way to do that! I also added notebooking (and even a lapbook once or twice) to add even more creativity to what we were learning.

In a couple of months, I want to put a free literature unit up and would love to have ideas from my fans on Facebook or those who subscribe to my Hip2Homeschool Unit Studies blog! So if you have a book that you would like to see a literature unit on, let me know. Just leave a comment!

Until next time......
